JSDD Foundation was established to serve as the owner corporation for the building used by Jewish Service for the Developmentally Disabled (JSDD) of MetroWest, Inc. for its administrative offices and WAE Center program.
Endowment Funds gifted to JSDD by its donors are also held by the Foundation, managed and distributed in accordance with the Investment Policy established for the programs and services offered by JSDD to benefit the individuals who participate in those programs and services.
Purpose of Foundation
To serve as the owner corporation for 310 Eisenhower Parkway, Livingston, NJ 07039 with the responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and capital repairs.
To hold and manage, as the primary Board responsibilities, the endowment funds raised, initially, as part of the Capital Campaign that will support the operations and maintenance of the building.
To hold and manage, as the primary Board responsibility, any future endowment funds in support of programs, services and/or major maintenance items as related to other agency properties.
